"Online now" = your personas online + any real visitors.

Live driver

stopped

While running, your personas appear on the Live wall, hang out, and occasionally measure. This runs on the server, so it keeps going even when this panel is closed.

Hanging out — who's online on the wall

Most personas just hang out in the online space. This sets how many are present at once; it drifts randomly between min and max.

Fewest of your personas online at once (drawn from your 32).
Most of your personas online at once. Real visitors are extra (not counted here).
Seconds between presence changes (someone comes/goes). Higher = calmer. Range 3–300. (Takes effect on the next Go live.)
Measuring — like a real person: rare, capped per day

Two separate things: how much shows on the wall (purely for the live feeling) and how much actually counts toward stats (kept realistic so bots never climb the leaderboard).

Personas shown measuring at once.
Visual only — never touches stats.
↑ Just the illusion on the wall.
Fewest real measurements per persona per day.
Most per day (0–1 is realistic).
↑ This is what grows their stats / ranking.
Minimum measurement length.
Maximum measurement length. Capped at 600 — the app limits every measurement to 10 min.
Sessions — rare, like real life

Now and then a persona creates a session, and out of curiosity they drop into sessions you (or others) create. These touch real sessions on the site, so turn them on when you want to. Session participants are separate — they're sized by "People / session" below and are not limited by the Online cap above (so a 2-person wall can still have a 5-person session).

Fewest new sessions personas create per week.
Most per week. Keep it small.
How early they show up.
Minimum personas who join a room.
Maximum personas who join a room.
If a session/race is created less than this many minutes before it starts, personas skip it — nobody could have "seen it in time". 0 (or empty) = off. Keep it ≤5: the app's quick-start races begin in 5 min, and above 5 personas would skip ALL of those. Default 4.
Races — head-to-head, with a podium

Races are competitive rooms (a finish-line ranking). Same idea as Sessions: personas can drop into public races on the site, and occasionally start their own. Race participants are separate — sized by "People / race" below and not limited by the Online cap. Only public races — never invite-link or followers-only.

Fewest new races personas create per week.
Most per week. Keep it small.
How early they enter the lobby.
Minimum personas who join a race.
Maximum personas who join a race.
RSVP — "I'll be there" announcements

Event pages show an "I'll be there" button with a public "N going" counter. With this on, the personas who are going to participate anyway (per the People/session & People/race settings above) announce themselves ahead of time, scattered across the wait — so a host never stares at a zero. The join planner then seats those same personas; a busy one simply no-shows (that's life). Applies only to events the toggles above would let them enter. Bots never receive reminder emails.

Log

Add a persona

Built-up: the persona gets a matching back-history + session history + badges right away, so it looks established. From scratch: a brand-new account at zero (no history/badges) — it just hangs out and builds up naturally as it measures live, so nothing looks suddenly "pre-aged". Either way it joins the live pool automatically.

Personas

Everyone built into the database. Type = activity level · L = level · XP from badges · live status updates while the driver runs. Photo uploads an avatar (resized in your browser, shows on the wall). Delete removes a persona (blocked if they host an upcoming/live session, so customers never lose a room).

For the built-in roster of 30. Recreate adds any of the 30 that are missing (skips existing) and rebuilds their session history — since all 30 already exist, it just refreshes sessions. To add your own people, use Add a persona above. Watch the log on the Control tab for progress.
